MANUALGRID

How we verify answers

ManualGrid treats a useful answer as a claim that should be traceable to evidence. Our references begin with product documentation and official support material, then go through checks before publication.

Sources come first

Manufacturer manuals and support pages carry more weight than forum reports. Community discussions can reveal a question worth researching, but they do not establish an official specification or repair procedure.

Facts stay attached to their evidence

We record the source, a supporting passage, and the version we checked for each candidate fact. If sources disagree or leave a point unclear, we hold that claim rather than filling the gap with a plausible guess.

Pages are reviewed before publication

A page needs verified facts, a clear scope, and visible source links. Safety-sensitive instructions receive extra scrutiny, and unsupported diagrams do not appear on published pages.

Information can change

Sources are checked again over time. When a source changes, the affected facts are marked for review so that an old answer does not quietly pass as current information.
