Troubleshooting

Find the problem you are experiencing

The Label Printer does not print, or a printing error is receivedView

Check the cable, DK roll, remaining labels, and roll cover; restart the printer if the error remains.

The Status LED is not litView

Check the power cord and try another outlet if it is firmly connected.

The printed label contains streaks or poor quality characters, or the label is not fed correctlyView

Clean the roller if lint or dirt is affecting the print head or label feed.

A data transmission error appears on the computerView

Wait until the orange Status LED stops flashing, then print again.

The label is not ejected correctly after printingView

Clear the output slot, reseat the DK roll, and close the compartment cover.

I want to cancel the current printing jobView

With the printer powered on, press the Power button to cancel the job.

The print quality is poorView

Clean lint and dirt from the roller with the appropriate cleaning sheet.
