吸気口などのクリーニング
Instructions from the manualVacuum intake and exhaust vents5 steps
- Turn power off, unplug and allow heat to dissipate.
- Dust readily accumulates at intake openings.
- Carefully vacuum the two illustrated XJ-F intake positions approximately monthly.
- Dust raises internal temperature and can cause failure.
- If exhaust openings are dusty, clean them in the same manner.

Diagram key
- Front nozzle and arrows: Carefully vacuum the front intake approximately monthly.
- Lens-side nozzle and arrows: Carefully vacuum the lens-side intake approximately monthly. Dust raises internal temperature and can cause failure; clean dusty exhaust in the same manner.

Instructions from the manualInterpret normal indicator states7 steps
- For XJ-F101W, POWER and STATUS initially both glow orange after connection until standby.
- In standby POWER is steady red and STATUS off.
- Starting projection: POWER flashes green and STATUS is steady green.
- Projection with Light Control On: both steady green.
- With Light Control Off: POWER steady green and STATUS off.
- While shutting down POWER flashes red and STATUS is off.

外部機器へのusb給電について
Instructions from the manualPower an external USB device8 steps
- XJ-F101W supplies DC5V/2A at its DC5V USB power terminal.
- Set normal Auto Power Off to Off before powering an external device, as shutdown or an automatic restart interrupts the supply and can erase unsaved data.
- Save data often.
- Use a device verified compatible by CASIO; even matching voltage/current does not guarantee operation and functions may be limited.
- Follow the external device manufacturer’s connection instructions: a wrong battery connection risks explosion or fire.
- CASIO does not accept responsibility for external-device malfunction or data loss.
- BLANK can temporarily blank projection without stopping USB supply.
- Auto Projection Off also continues supply while projector power remains on.
本機を天井から吊して設置する
Instructions from the manualCeiling-installation precautions8 steps
- The manual permits ceiling suspension upside-down or with the lens vertically downward.
- Ask the dealer for mounting details.
- Keep at least1m and as far as possible from fire detectors/alarms because hot exhaust can trigger them.
- Keep strong light off the remote receiver and test remote reception before mounting.
- Set Ceiling Projection On when upside-down.
- Use double-SEMS M4 screws with flat and spring washers.
- Overall screw length equals the washer thicknesses plus bracket thickness plus5–8mm thread engagement.
- Excess length can damage the projector; insufficient length fails to secure it.

Diagram key
- Screw: M4 double-SEMS screw with a flat washer and spring washer.
- Bracket layer: Bracket thickness and the combined washer thicknesses are added to the engagement length to determine overall screw length.
- Engagement arrow (L in the source text): Thread engagement5–8mm, shown by the complete vertical two-ended arrow. Longer screws can damage the projector; shorter ones fail to secure it.
